The live coverage of the SEC Indoor Track and Field Championships will be aired on SECN+ at 1:30 p.m. CT on Friday and 2 p.m. CT on Saturday. Those who miss the live broadcast can catch a tape-delayed airing of the Championship on SEC Network on Monday at 8 p.m. CT.
The competition promises to be fierce, with 19 Southeastern Conference men’s and women’s track and field programs ranking in the top-25 of the latest NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field National Rating Index.

Leading the pack are nine SEC women’s programs in the top-16 rankings, a feat unmatched by any other conference. Notable contenders include Arkansas at No. 1, followed closely by Florida at No. 2, among others. Similarly, seven SEC men’s programs have secured spots in the top-25 rankings, with Arkansas leading the charge at No. 3. SEC men’s and women’s track and field athletes are poised to showcase their prowess in 16 individual events, further solidifying the conference’s dominance in the sport.
The University of Arkansas enters the competition as the defending champions in both the men’s and women’s categories. With the men’s team clinching its 26th title and the women’s team securing its ninth consecutive victory in 2023, all eyes will be on the Razorbacks as they strive to maintain their reign.
